This 5-storey, 40-unit infill multi-family project was designed for a very tight half-acre lot. As the lot was within a flood plain with no lane access, the majority of the ground floor was dedicated to under-building parking as well as a designated drive aisle to accommodate the city's strict requirements for municipal collection services. The unit mix consists of 28 studio units and 12 two-bedroom units.
